Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of information Technology Group with the daily administrative tasks within the group
• Provide secretarial support to the Head of ITG
• Manage Head of ITG’s meeting schedules & dairies
• Arrange booking on business travel trips
• Arrange office supplies, stationery procurement, bills or invoices settlement
• Handle and assist miscellaneous administrative tasks
• To maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system
• Assist to review and verify all the expense ticket all outside system vendors prior to submitting to the Head of ITG for further review and approval
• Handle HR issues of ITG including Headcount Control
  
  

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder with formal secretarial training
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Familiar with MS Office
• Good communication, presentable, proactive, detail-minded, flexible and mature
