Job Description • Provide administrative support to the Digital team in a professional manner, including the onboard/offboard arrangement, office items procurement, co-ordination of daily office operations • Undertake clerical duties in full compliance with Company polices • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance by working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, such as the Facilities Management Team, Finance Team, HR Team and various suppliers/vendors • Collaborate with the teammates to ensure daily operations and effective office management • Support diverse ad hoc office and administrative tasks as required
Requirement • Diploma holder or equivalent • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a large corporation • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese • Excellent problem-solving aptitude, self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking • Independence with a strong team spirit and eagerness to learn • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with Oracle is a plus • Immediate availability is preferred
