Manage a portfolio of international key accounts in Softlines;
Develop an in-depth knowledge of each key account’s strategy to get the approval from the account, as well as identify how to best market SGS service and maximize the market share;
Co-work with Global Key Account Manager and other Regional Key Account Managers on the deployment of key account program, and ensure the consistence of the deployment;
Maintain a high-level, positive and productive business relationship with the assigned key accounts to secure current business and develop new business opportunities;
Dig in potential needs of the accounts by customer analysis and market/industry intelligence, and provide professional high-level solutions with cooperation of related parties;
Manage and monitor the deployment and operation of key account programs with cooperation of related parties, to ensure the best level service to the accounts;
Collaborate with other teams to develop the supply chain business of the key accounts. Profile (education/experience/skill/personality/etc)
Bachelor's degree or above, textile, trading, business related majors are preferred;
At least 3 years of experience in key account management, and with experience in the industry and/or buying office/brand/retailer/trading company/third pay are preferred;
Strategic thinking, experience in planning and organizational development, and excellent project management skill;
Self-driven and ambition, and willing to work under pressure;
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
Team player, willing to share and cooperate with others;
Language skill: English (fluent/advanced).
