  • Responsible for the business management of major MCO OEMs – DCJ Haojue and Chunfeng motor, all imported motorcycles, etc., maintaining the position of a key oil supplier and expanding the overall business scale through regular customer visits, winning new tenders, overseas business expansion, aftermarket penetration and product portfolio optimization. We should also be optimistic about NBD, especially the entry of Wuyang Honda's PA business;
  • Ability to build strong relationships and build a strong personal network with different functions internally and externally to run the business smoothly and deliver/exceed business goals;
  • Develop and deliver Shell CVP to customers in an efficient, cost-effective and sustainable manner. Leverage Shell CVP to help customers increase profitability and share of Shell's mind; -Pay close attention to motorcycle and MCO market trends, constantly understand customer business and needs, and provide reasonable information and advice on products and services to achieve a win-win situation;
  • Proactively engage in regular conversations with the GKA team to seek global resources and support for Haojue Suzuki and Honda, Yamaha;
  • Be responsible and proactively participate in HSSE learning and sharing that affects individuals, office/field settings, and clients;
  • Take responsibility for your own development plan to continuously improve your abilities.
  • Conscientiously and efficiently complete all the reports required by the company's CE
