Prepare and implement annual strategic plan required for business
Manage business performance against budget and KPIs.
Sales & Marketing Management:
Take personal ownership of the key strategic and operational partners in and outside of China.
Developing/Strengthening deep global & local client relationships required for business in long term view
Attend specific events (seminars, conventions, etc.) and visit the sales points frequently. Be an ambassador of the brand, displaying appropriate leadership behaviors, knowledge, and expertise including a strong developing Point of views.
Acts as an advisor to both the team and the clients about client position, recommends the best resources and applies knowledge.
Have strong data insight and analysis skills
keep abreast of important current and future trends of the industry, clients, and competition and in sharing such intelligence with the GfK leadership team.
