We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces and experiences that are both visually appealing and highly functional. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging digital experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and solutions.
• UI Design: Design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• UX Design: Develop user-centered designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
• Iteration: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and best practices to the team.
• Presentation: Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members in a clear and compelling manner.
  
  

Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or Marvel.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user research techniques.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills, process, and finished projects.
