The Division

Jonas Club Software helps clubs thrive by focusing on the creation of exceptional experiences. These experiences are delivered through industry leading services, integrated applications, innovative technology, and long-term partnerships with the clubs.

The Position

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer skilled in Figma to join our team. The UI/UX Designer will work on building and aligning the web UI/UX to the current design standards. This role requires close collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create user-centered, aesthetically appealing, and functional designs. This position involves heavy interaction with North American team members, so strong communication skills will be essential.

The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine UI/UX design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement the designs, considering branding guidelines and user needs.
• Conduct usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and design tools to continuously enhance our product’s usability and visual appeal.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with experience in web application design.
• Proficiency in Figma, or similar design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design clearly.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles.
