As a Sr UI/UX Designer, you will oversee UX/UI design across a diverse range of projects, including SaaS applications, mobile apps, eCommerce platforms, and large-scale websites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that align with business goals, ensuring high-quality execution from concept to final implementation.
This role will support projects in:
SaaS applications – Designing intuitive, scalable, and high-performing software experiences
eCommerce platforms – Creating seamless shopping experiences for platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce
Large-scale websites – Designing wireframes and final UI, while also shaping the site structure and navigation framework for optimal usability
Web and mobile applications – Designing responsive, modern applications with a focus on usability and accessibility
Enterprise and custom software solutions – Improving digital workflows and business process automation through UX-driven interfaces
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end UX/UI process, from user research and wireframing to final design execution
Develop design systems, component libraries, and UI frameworks for scalable and consistent experiences
Conduct usability testing, user research, and data-driven UX enhancements to optimize product experiences
Design wireframes and final UI for large-scale websites, ensuring seamless navigation and usability
Collaborate on site structure and navigation frameworks, integrating them into high-quality UI designs
Collaborate with marketing teams to support marketing initiatives that require UX/UI input
Present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs
Work closely with developers and product managers to align design with functionality and technical feasibility
Ensure best practices in interaction design, accessibility, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Work on both new projects and iterative product improvements, maintaining a high standard of design across all touchpoints
Required Skills & Experience
6-10 years of experience in UX/UI design across SaaS, eCommerce, large-scale websites, and mobile applications
Leadership experience in guiding design teams, implementing best practices, and mentoring junior designers
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in SaaS products, eCommerce design, large-scale website UX/UI, and mobile-first experiences
Expertise in Figma – ability to create wireframes, prototypes, final UI designs, and interactive components
Strong understanding of site architecture, navigation frameworks, and user journeys for large-scale digital experiences
Experience conducting UX research, usability testing, and A/B testing for data-driven design decisions
Proven ability to present and justify design choices to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with front-end development constraints (HTML, CSS knowledge is a plus but not required)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining design quality
Nice-to-Have Experience
Familiarity with UX frameworks such as:

Experience designing for headless commerce solutions
