Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving large-scale change in complex environments? We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Architect to lead business design initiatives in alignment with high-level architectural principles. This onsite role requires deep knowledge of ICT systems, enterprise architecture practices, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic transformation. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering critical change programs that directly support national interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design activities and oversee the implementation of significant business and technological change.
• Develop and evaluate strategies, manage workflows, and guide junior team members to deliver business outcomes.
• Ensure alignment between business strategies and ICT transformation through policies and best practices.
• Engage stakeholders across multiple domains to gather insights and gain consensus on business processes.

Key Criteria:

• Extensive experience in modelling business processes and strategic business architecture.
• Proven ability to lead complex business process improvement aligned with technological change.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and strategic solution delivery.
• Holds a current Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance and willing to undergo Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA).
  

Location: Canberra.
Contract Duration: 12 months.
 
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
