Rate Guide: $800–$1,100 per day (plus super @ 11.5%)

Job Details

Our client is a central agency playing a key role in delivering Whole-of-Government shared corporate services. This APS6-equivalent position sits within their Service Delivery Office, focusing on SAP Business Warehouse (BW), Business Intelligence (BI), Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and Strategic Budgeting and Planning (SBP) solutions. This role offers the chance to enhance enterprise-level service delivery and drive continuous improvement across the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP information models, BEx queries, and SAP BusinessObjects reports
• Support planning and consolidation solutions for the Parliamentary Expenses Management System (PEMS) project
• Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues in collaboration with analysts and users
• Develop and maintain reporting architecture and integration plans
• Drive enhancements in the SDO’s self-service BI framework
• Lead new initiatives across BW, BI, BPC, and SBP functions
• Maintain technical documentation and support stakeholder engagement
• Align BI solutions with financial planning and budgeting processes

Essential Criteria

• Over 10 years' experience across SAP BW, BI, BPC, and SBP
• Advanced skills in SAP BW 7.5, BusinessObjects, and data load management
• Experience with ABAP for BADI and customer exit modifications
• Proficiency in building HANA CDS views, DSOs, InfoCubes, and MultiProviders
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight timelines

Desirable Criteria

• Experience with PEMS and other public sector ERP initiatives
• Familiarity with SAP BW and BO upgrade projects
• SAP Analytics Cloud experience and relevant certifications
• Understanding of public sector financial and budgeting processes
• Leadership capability in SAP BI and data integration design
