Role/ Job Title: Service Manager

Function/ Department: Toll & Transit

Job Purpose

The Service Manager will be responsible for providing the necessary support for ensuring fleet operators of DST channel with a high monthly volume (INR4 Lac or more) are given prompt service. Additionally, create opportunities to cross-sell IDFC FIRST Bank FASTag services to DST portfolio and provide necessary service & training support to alliances forged by business team for growing FASTag issuance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Service the FASTag requirements of identified customers.
• Lead a service executive.
• Grow the total throughput at a portfolio level; 15% quarter on quarter.
• Achieve cross-sell targets.
• Servicing & Training identified alliances of the bank for FASTag issuance.

• Understanding of Fleet operations
• Experience in selling/servicing Fleet operators
• Build a pipeline.

Graduation: Any

Post-graduation: Any

Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
