Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in our office (Novi Banovci or Niš). The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our products and solutions. The Engineer will work closely with customers, offering exceptional customer service and support to resolve technical issues and ensure satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, analyzing issues, and providing proactive support to prevent future problems.
