Responsibilities :
Provide technical support to internal teams as needed.
Resolve escalated customer inquiries and issues from internal and external sources, ensuring proper follow-up until final resolution.
Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues efficiently.
Perform daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of Cartrack's application.
Conduct post-installation and QA validation to verify proper system functionality.
Review system and application logs for remote diagnostics of field devices.
Train and assist users in utilizing Cartrack application systems effectively.
Provide on-site field support, including installation and troubleshooting.
Verify the successful completion of scheduled jobs.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering.
0-3 years of experience in the IT service industry or equivalent industry experience
Proficient in English
Excellent communication and strong customer-centric Mindset
Technically independent with good initiative
Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
