Requirements

• Min. 3 years experience in technical support/IT support
• IT/Computer Science educational background (preferred)

Required skills:

• Problem solving analytics
• Backend system support
• Advanced Excel (formula, macro, dashboard)
• Familiar with bash script, SQL, and Python
