Role Summary:


The Technical Project Manager will manage projects a key role in managing the SNOW (ServiceNow), our IT service ticket management system, queue and addressing user issues, requiring a blend of technical understanding and excellent communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful AI initiatives, shaping the future of AI within our organization. You'll be directly impacting how the entire company leverages AI to improve processes and create new AI-powered applications.


Job Role: Technical Project Manager (Mandatory Analytics & AI Related Projects)

Yrs of Exp: 8 - 12 Years

Work Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

Work Model: Hybrid

Work Timing: 3 PM -12 AM


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects for different AI products within the team portfolio using Agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage the SNOW (ServiceNow), our IT service ticket management system, queue for AIPS products, resolving and triaging user issues, and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical issues, contribute to solution design, and ensure effective implementation.
  • Proactively track project progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear and concise status reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.


Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW), or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
