Roles and Responsibilities:

• 9+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager successfully delivering complex technical projects in Data Engineering technologies.
• Data Focused aptitude and experience
• Develop and maintain relationships with data migration project stakeholders
• Day to day involvement in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, systems, and platforms that enable data-driven decision making and analytics.
• Need to have a combination of technical, business, and soft skills to ensure the successful delivery.
• Good understanding and execution experience of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and servant leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Track record of effectively managing Agile project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities
