Role : Technical Lead – Data Migration

Job Description

We are hiring experienced Technical Leads to drive a critical Data Migration program within the Banking industry. You will provide technical leadership across the migration lifecycle, ensuring best practices in data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and delivery of end-to-end data migration activities
• Work with architects, data engineers, and developers to define migration strategies
• Oversee development of ETL processes, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
• Conduct code and design reviews, ensuring high performance and data accuracy
• Act as a technical point of escalation and provide guidance to the team
• Support environment setup, data cutover planning, and defect resolution activities

Key Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of overall technical experience with a strong focus on Data Migration
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, custom scripts)
• Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and large database handling
• Solid Banking / Financial Services experience (strong advantage)
• Experience leading small-to-medium sized technical teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
