What’s the job?
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for improving digital systems and enhancing user experiences? We're looking for a Conversion System Technical Specialist to take the lead in implementing, optimising, and evolving our Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that support future student engagement. In this key role, you'll collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruitment workflows, ensure seamless system integrations, and bring technical expertise to every stage of the student journey. You'll also play a critical role in analysing performance, identifying opportunities to boost conversion rates, and refining campaigns to deliver stronger results. This is a permanent full-time role located at our Surry Hills Campus in Sydney.
