Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to support a large-scale S/4HANA transformation program. This role is responsible for planning and executing all phases of data migration for SAP and SuccessFactors systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
• Execute all ETL phases: data profiling, extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation.
• Map data from legacy systems to SAP structures in coordination with functional and business teams.
• Identify and address data quality issues and functional gaps.
• Develop technical specifications and ETL scripts using SAP Data Services and LSMW.
• Prepare reconciliation and validation reports.
• Use appropriate SAP data load tools aligned with S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of SAP project experience, including 3+ full-cycle implementations or upgrades.
• Strong expertise in SAP data migration, with hands-on experience in S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
• Proficient with LSMW, SAP Data Services (BODS), and SAP load tools.
• Solid understanding of data quality, data mapping, and reconciliation processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams.
