Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
* BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering - or equivalent work experience.
* 10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Service Cloud, Field Service, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Platform.
* Demonstrate proficiency in multiple newer Salesforce technologies like Einstein Analytics, Lightning Web Components, etc.
* Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence the decision-making process.
* Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering
* Excellent comprehension of Salesforce development documentation and coding standards.
* Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
* Understanding of key concepts of user centered design and design thinking
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
* Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving
* Salesforce certified architect
Roles & Responsibilities
* Design and implement state-of-the-art technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
* Lead and mentor a team of technical resources, ensuring best practices are followed.
* Designing architecture based on E&U Cloud, vlocity knowledge and capabilities
* Omnistudio and experience cloud are must have skills
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and system analysts, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
* Analyze long-term requirements for corporate systems and make recommendations for implementing custom applications.
* Interact with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to drive complex deployments.
* Ensure system performance, security, and scalability while minimizing the total cost of ownership.
* Help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise.
Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 a year
