Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering – or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Service Cloud, Field Service, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Platform.
- Demonstrate proficiency in multiple newer Salesforce technologies like Einstein Analytics, Lightning Web Components, etc.
- Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence the decision-making process.
- Experience with business process definition, best practices, and reengineering
- Excellent comprehension of Salesforce development documentation and coding standards.
- Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications
- Understanding of key concepts of user centered design and design thinking
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving
- Salesforce certified architect
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical resources, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Designing architecture based on E&U Cloud, vlocity knowledge and capabilities
- Omnistudio and experience cloud are must have skills
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and system analysts, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- Analyze long-term requirements for corporate systems and make recommendations for implementing custom applications.
- Interact with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to drive complex deployments.
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability while minimizing the total cost of ownership.
- Help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise.
Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 a year
