Technical Analyst (Data Platform Team)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to support our two dynamic technical teams. These teams are responsible for maintaining and enhancing our data platform, ensuring efficient data ingestion, and upholding data quality. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in documenting processes, organizing work, facilitating communication, and contributing to data analysis and validation efforts.
What You’ll Have To Do
Data Analysis and Validation
- Perform data analysis using SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases;
- Validate delivered data results to ensure accuracy and completeness;
- Support data quality initiatives by identifying and documenting data discrepancies;
- Utilize visualization tools like Grafana and Tableau to help in the analysis and validation process.
Communication
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication;
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
Documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical workflows, user guides, and user documentation for data ingestion processes and data quality dashboards;
- Document internal processes and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
Work Organization
- Assist the Product Owner in organizing and tracking project timelines, tasks, and deliverables;
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, capturing action items and ensuring follow-up;
- Manage administrative tasks related to workload organization and prioritization;
- Organize tasks within ticketing systems.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to document technical processes and create user-friendly guides;
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis;
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Grafana or Tableau;
- Experience with data analysis and validation;
- Familiarity with data platforms and cloud technologies (preferred);
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies;
- Experience with ticketing systems.
