Tasks

• Lead or support existing workstreams within Workday modules during implementation projects, ensuring effective and timely execution
• Align with the project implementation methodology and adhere to the overall project management structure to deliver best-practice HR processes and configurations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the project team, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer leadership within project settings
• Align your work with the overarching project goal, maintaining focus on both short-term and long-term objectives
• Facilitate and lead workshops, presenting complex functionality or solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner
• Act as a role model within the capability, mentoring or line-managing junior consultants to support their professional growth and development
  
  
  

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Workday processes and configuration, with a focus on any of the following modules:

• HCM
• Learning
• Recruiting
• Compensation
• Absence Management
• Time Tracking
• Talent
• Experience in Workday implementation or support projects
• Proven success in contributing within a team environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Ideally educated to Bachelor's or Master’s Degree level or equivalent

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English, German is nice to have
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
