About the role:


The Systems Support Engineer will assist the Systems Administrator in maintaining the IT infrastructure of TSS as well as provide support to internal customers such as TSS employees. The key function of this position is to handle all IT tasks and provide support for all regional operations teams, departments, and divisions. Some of the responsibilities include:


• Offer and implement IT solutions for the company’s current and future needs.

• Maintain current server hardware and software.

• Assist the IT Team with the IT Ticketing system.

• Provide support for IT services to internal customers.

• As new employees come on board, set up the laptop or computer with the appropriate software/hardware.

• Other duties as assigned.


This is an on-site position in the Zapopan, Jalisco area.


Requirements:


• A 4-year IT degree is preferred.

• Experience in helpdesk activities (ticket systems, on-site and phone support, desktop/laptop support, software deployment, maintenance, fixes, password resets, email administration, license maintenance).

• Experience in Microsoft environments (Azure and on-prem Active Directory, Intune, M365) support.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of Systems Administrator experience.

• Excellent communication skills in the English language (verbal and written).

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by employing effective time management and prioritization skills.

• Competency in hardware and software implementation and maintenance.

• Understanding of current, trending, and upcoming technologies.

• Ability to remain focused under pressure from customers or due to difficult or urgent situations.

• Ability to provide IT support to customers with varying IT knowledge and experience.

• Ability to coordinate with service providers to resolve complex IT issues.
