Project Manager – Structural Engineering – Buildings

Location: Multiple Locations in Indiana (HYBRID)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural design projects from start to finish.
• Direct and mentor production staff to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new project opportunities and ensuring repeat business.
• Prepare fee proposals, scopes of work, and coordinate contract development.
• Plan and conduct project meetings, both internally and externally.
• Perform preliminary structural designs and troubleshoot analysis issues.
• Monitor project budgets, milestones, and profitability.
• Control billing and revenue recognition for assigned projects.
• Conduct quality control and constructability reviews.
• Support hiring efforts and performance evaluations for junior team members.
• Promote firm services through participation in professional and community organizations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis preferred)
• PE licensure in at least one state
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (1 year of a master’s degree may count toward this)
• Valid NCEES record

• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Experience with project financial management, scopes, and schedules
