ARC is seeking a talented Associate to manage and deliver high-quality strategy consulting projects. This role offers the opportunity to take on increased responsibility by supporting Project Leaders and leading specific streams within larger projects or taking a more central role in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

This position is centered on effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction. The Associate also play a vital role in business development by preparing sales and marketing materials, helping drive the company’s growth.

Project Delivery:

• Work on strategy projects from the local office, collaborating with cross-regional teams and supporting project leaders as needed, with travel required on a project basis. Associate may also lead specific streams within larger projects, taking on increased responsibility in execution.
• Collect and analyze data through methods such as interviews, surveys, and desk research, tailored to the project scope and requirements.
• Present data in a precise, clear manner for client presentations, supporting timely, high-quality project delivery within budget, including working on-site or traveling to client and supplier locations when required

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients to understand their situation and challenges, create strategies to solve their problems.
• Guide Analysts or part time assistants in assigned workstream, and be responsible for the workstream’s output.
• Support the preparation of sales and marketing materials, as well as other assignments from senior team members, contributing to client acquisition and company growth.

Industry Expertise :

• Interact with industry veterans and collect insights, use structural thinking to formulate meaningful and insightful messages.
• Synthesize industry findings, build up analysis frameworks, come up with solutions that can be implemented

Knowledge & Skill Development:

• Associates are expected to actively build their skillsets to add increasing value to projects and effectively address future challenges. By leveraging insights from executed projects and expanding their knowledge base, they will develop the expertise needed to tackle complex tasks with growing independence.
• This development is supported through structured training led by project leaders and partners, ensuring Analysts efficiently gain the skills and knowledge required to succeed and contribute meaningfully to project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree with minimum of 3 year work experiences preferable with consulting/investment/internet background international setting
• Ability to grow and develop with organization
• Excellent command of Business English, full professional proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven presentation skills
• Highly logical and analytical
• Comfortable with numbers
• Ability to provide and accept frequent feedback.
• Availability and willingness to undertake travel as required.
