Job Description Project Delivery 80%

• Take project ownership and closely work with partner to ensure successful delivery
• Problem solving via decode client’s business questions, develop hypotheses to address clients pain point and develop proposal with right solutions and design
• Generate deep insights from data analysis, build nest practices, synthesize and develop strategy for client to help them seize the opportunities and accelerate their business with executable implementation plans
• Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instill confidence in clients, keep close communication with clients for project updates to ensure on-time delivery
• Support new client development and help with client relationship maintain
  
  

Team Management 20%

• Lead and manage a small team to motivate them to see opportunities to grow and flourish at everyday work
• Coach and guide team to remove obstacles and create a space for people to perform at their best
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or above Degree (Top tier China or Global universities)
• 3-7 years’ work experiences, preferably in a strategy or management consulting firm
• Strong logical, outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are fundamental requirements
• Industry experience of consumer goods or retail
• A fast learner and team player, curiosity and passion in exploring new topics and ability of quick learning as success factors of this role
• Demonstrate strong leadership and ownership
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude, result-driven, full of passion and inspire morale of the team
