The CBEC Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth for the channel by developing win-win relationships with key e-commerce platforms, which can be T-mall, JD, Taobao or other ecommerce platforms. CBEC 业务发展经理负责通过与主要电子商务平台（可以是天猫、京东、淘宝或其他电子商务平台）建立双赢关系来推动渠道增长。

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

Develop and implement CBEC customer strategy and activation plans in new and existing customers 在新客户和现有客户中制定和实施CBEC客户战略和激活计划

Proactively identify new commercial opportunities with support from functional experts within the company 在公司内部职能专家的支持下，主动发现新的商业机会

Work closely with the marketing team to make sure we have the right marketing calendar to support growth of CBEC sales 与营销团队紧密合作，确保我们有正确的营销日历，以支持CBEC的销售增长

Balance and manage customer investment with annual plan to achieve optimal results 根据年度计划平衡和管理客户投资，以达到最佳效果

Balance the need for brand equity and sales growth ambition 平衡品牌资产需求和销售增长目标

Build good relationship with customers, develop win-win cooperation 与客户建立良好关系，发展合作共赢

Collaborate with internal departments to solve daily operation problems, including logistics, after-sales, quality etc. 与内部各部门协作解决日常运营问题，包括物流、售后、质量等。

Management of distributors and TPs 经销商和TPs的管理

Required requisites

Experience and qualification 经验和资格

Successfully built up completely new brands in e-commerce into market leading brands 成功地将全新的电子商务品牌打造成市场领先品牌

At least 5 years’ e-commerce key account management experience 至少5年电子商务大客户管理经验

Know very well about the online key account business model in China 非常了解中国的在线大客户业务模式

Experienced with distribution, retailer and TP management 有分销、零售和TP管理经验

Learning agility, with diversify thinking and innovation capability 学习能力强，具有多元化思维和创新能力

Strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills 战略眼光与强大的执行能力相结合

Excellent communication and negotiation skills 优秀的沟通和谈判能力

Bachelor’s degree, in a business-related field preferred 学士学位，商业相关领域优先

Language Skills：Fluent in Mandarin & English (both speaking & writing) 语言能力：流利的普通话和英语（口语和写作）

Ability to travel regularly 能经常出差
