  • Study and analyse market dynamics and customer behaviour then give the sufficient report to refine sales strategies.

  • Responsible for the sales performance, company profit and achieve the assigned targets. 对公司的销售业绩和利润负责并完成分配的各项目标
  • New customers development and maximize the business from existing customers. In addition, provide reliable sales forecast to company. 开发新客户并且对现有客户进行业务最大化拓展,并向公司提供可靠的销售预测。
  • Closely work with share sales team and distributors to develop potential clients and projects. 与销售团队和经销商保持紧密合作,开发潜在的客户和项目
  • Provide technical support and product training to share sales team and distributors. 为销售团队和经销商提供技术支持和产品培训
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within group to deliver and demonstrate technical solutions to customers. 与集团内多个职能部门团队合作,为终端客户提供并讲解技术方案
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. 与现有客户建立并保持紧密的合作关系,深度理解客户的需求并保证客户的满意度
  • Identify opportunities of product differentiation and new product direction from customers or competitors to support company product optimization and innovation. 通过客户或者竞争对手,识别出产品差异化和新产品方向的机遇,从而为公司产品的优化和创新提供支持
  • Regular report the progress of customers development and projects status. 定期汇报客户开发进展和项目状态
  • Other tasks assigned from supervisor. 领导安排的其它任务 Requirement要求:
  • At least 3 years relative working experience. 至少3年相关工作经验
  • Bachelor’s degree with major in electronics or mechatronical engineering field. 本科,电子或者机械电子工程相关专业
  • Open minded, outgoing and honest personality. 思维活跃,性格外向并且诚实守信
  • Familiar with design-in and purchasing processes of original equipment manufacture in connector market. 熟悉连接器行业,设备制造原厂的设计导入流程和采购流程
  • Have broad knowledge and understanding with segments like railway, automation, medical, agriculture, machine manufacture. 在诸如轨道交通设备,自动化设备,医疗设备,农业机械等领域,拥有广泛的知识和理解
  • Hands-on, highly self-motivated, team player. 具有实操能力,高度自驱力,团队合作能力
  • Proven track record of creating new business and growing sales is a necessary. 在新业务开发和业绩提升方面有可靠的工作业绩
  • Willing to travel and spend time with customers for business. 愿意出差并愿意花时间跟客户呆在一起谈生意
  • Professional presence, including excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. 专业性包括良好的口头和书面沟通能力和演讲能力
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PPT 熟练使用电脑各项技能,熟练使用微软Word, Excel和PPT等工具
  • Skilled English reading and writing, skilled oral English will be a plus. 英语要能熟练的读写和口头表达
