Main Accountabilities /主要职责

• 收集各种供应商的资料与信息, 对负责的物料进行深度的供方市场调查；
  
  

Collect data and information of suppliers, conduct deep supplier market survey on material in charge.

• 制定和实施全面的品类管理策略，以达到降低成本、提高质量和优化供应链的目的.
  
  

Develop and implement comprehensive category management strategies to achieve cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain optimization.

• 管理端到端采购流程，包括市场分析、供应商选择、谈判、合同管理和绩效评估。制定合理的供应商选择和评估文件;
  
  

Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including market analysis, supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation. Formulate rational supplier selection and evaluation documents.

Lead cross-functional teams in the identification and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives.

• 参与新产品的开发并建立相关的供应链；
  
  

Participate in new product development and establish relevant supply chain.

• 收集原材料等成本要素价格趋势，控制产品采购成本与交货期；
  
  

Collect market intelligence, control purchasing cost and date of delivery.

• 和相关部门合作，推动供应链绩效的持续改善；关键物料持续贯彻Dual sourcing 战略；
  
  

Cooperate with relevant depts to drive continuous improvement of supply chain performance; constantly implement Dual sourcing strategy of core material.

• 负责与供应商的谈判（包括模具开发，产品价格，交货期，包装方式，质量要求，保密协议等）；
  
  

Negotiate with suppliers (including mould development, product price, delivery date, manner of packing, quality requirement, confidentiality agreement etc.)

• 确保整个采购流程的合规性，始终严格遵守集团的采购政策；
  
  

Ensure complete purchasing process compliance, and the group purchasing policy has to be observed and strictly followed at all times.

Required Qualification/岗位资格要求

教育背景和工作经验：knowledge background and working experience.

• 7年以上采购相关工作经验。本科学历，化学、供应链管理、工商管理或相关专业;
  
  

7+ years of working experiences, bachelor degree in Chemistry, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field；

• 较强的谈判和供应商管理能力，能够达成有利的采购条款和条件。
  
  

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with the ability to achieve favorable terms and conditions. Familiar with processing of fastener products, understand forming and processing of metallic material.

• 有涂料、化工或制造行业工作经验者优先考虑, 对环氧树脂相关产品的供应链有深入了解者优先考虑
  
  

Past experience in the coating, chemical or manufacturing industries is highly

desirable. Solid understanding of the supply chain of epoxy related products is

highly appreciated.

• 有SAP系统，跨国采购中心或者化工行业经验者优先。
  
  

Prefer in SAP experience/multinational

purchasing center experience/chemical industry experience.
