该职位来源于猎聘 Main Accountabilities  EN  Responsible for RFQ’s, Negotiations and final contracting of local NPM demand which is not in scope of the SSC.

 Responsible for RFQ’s, Negotiations and final contracting of local NPM demand w/o involvement of Category Manager / MGM.

 Responsible for RFQ’s, Negotiations and final contracting of local NPM capital spend (CAPEX), Threshold levels in alignment with Lead Buyer (LB).

 Coordination of procurement processes and ensure delivery of goods and services from internal as well as from external partners.

 Release of SAP PO’s incl. second visual approval according to NPM guideline.

 Executing price comparisons

 Archiving of documents in Easy Contract and/or SAP.

 Support production on urgent orders due to breakdowns

 Create Delivery notes for return shipment.

 Create PO for NPM-Products with SAP Material number (BANF) and transfer to supplier

 Support Category Managers and Lead Buyer Freight / Capex.

 Securing proper use of all relevant Procurement systems such as SAP / PUR / eCONN

 Maintenance of material master data (e.g. NPM Spare Parts)

 Prepare and execute trainings (PUR) for the end user on request.

 Adhere to the code of conduct and the MANN+HUMMEL FILTER values

 Fluent in English listening, speaking and written  Previous experience in purchasing environment of at least 2 years with a good working knowledge of purchasing techniques.

 Good negotiation skills

 Good interpersonal skills, networking ability, communication skills (internal / external)

 Experienced problem solver

 Organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure  Good understanding of M+H products and processes  Advanced Knowledge in MS-Office skills, Experience with SAP and other ERP
