Overview
The Solution Architect for Oracle HCM Cloud plays a pivotal role in the design and implementation of Oracle's Human Capital Management Cloud solutions within an organization. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on HCM.
- Strong experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Proven experience in cloud technologies and their deployment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and regulatory compliance.
