Overview
The Solution Architect for Oracle HCM Cloud plays a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions to meet organizational needs. This position collaborates closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure that the architecture aligns with the business strategy while leveraging the full capabilities of Oracle HCM Cloud. The Solution Architect is responsible for establishing best practices, guiding teams on technical decisions, and ensuring that solutions are practical, scalable, and maintainable. This role is essential in driving successful HCM cloud deployments that increase efficiency, enhance user experience, and ultimately support the organization's workforce management objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive Oracle HCM Cloud architecture.
- Lead the solution architecture discussions with stakeholders.
- Engage with business leaders to understand requirements.
- Provide thought leadership on HCM cloud best practices.
- Define integration points and data flows across systems.
- Coordinate with development teams on solution implementation.
- Oversee the customization and configuration of Oracle HCM modules.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a solution architect role.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven experience in designing complex IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with cloud computing environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud are a plus.
