As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Indice you will be joining our experienced services development team. You will participate in a multidisciplinary team tasked with developing and maintaining financial web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities include

• Work with business analysts, product managers, and developers to understand banking requirements and translate them into test scenarios
• Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts for digital banking applications
• Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution with development teams
• Conduct regression testing after fixes or system updates
• Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain UAT sign-off and ensure readiness for production deployment
• Provide detailed test reports, including defect trends and recommendations for process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business,
• or a related field
• 2+ years in UAT testing, preferably within banking or financial services
• Familiarity with core banking, online banking, mobile banking, and
• payment systems
• Strong understanding of UAT methodologies and best practices
• Experience testing web applications, mobile banking apps, and API
• integrations
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail)
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and querying
• Understanding of banking compliance standards (e.g., PSD2, GDPR, KYC,
• AML)
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices in digital banking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
• Experience with digital payments (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, real-time payments)
• Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
