Software Product Manager

General description

The ideal candidate will join our Commercial Software Product Marketing Team and will be responsible for managing and promoting our company’s Enterprise & Cyber Security Solutions to our ICT Channel Partners. This role focuses on product management for vendor solutions, ensuring the successful delivery and positioning of our offerings in the market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote a portfolio of Enterprise & Cyber Security solutions from leading vendors.
• Define and implement go-to-market strategies to drive sales and partner engagement.
• Act as the main point of contact between software vendors and our partner network.
• Provide first-level support and guidance to partners when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to ensure business objectives are met.
• Monitor market trends, vendor updates, and competitive landscape to optimize product positioning.
• Organize training sessions, webinars, and enablement activities for partners.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure alignment on pricing, promotions, and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise & Cyber Security solutions, market trends, and partner ecosystems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience or certifications in IBM, VMware (Broadcom), Cyber Resilience, or Endpoint Protection are highly desirable.
• 1+ years of experience in product management, presales, business development, or a related role in IT, Cyber Security, Networking, or Cloud.
