Interbeton, part of TITAN Cement Company, offers a great opportunity for an Accounts Development Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Athens, reporting directly to the Key Accounts Manager. The Accounts Development Supervisor is responsible for conducting comprehensive market analysis, developing business strategies, fostering client relationships, and leading initiatives that address customer needs.
Responsibilities
Build strong working relationships within the engineering consulting services segment and identify channels’ ecosystem.
Conduct thorough market research to identify stakeholders, trends, opportunities, and potential clients with specifiers and other related engineering services related to our existing (ready-mix - aggregates) and newly developed products.
Implement comprehensive business development strategies.
Identify, map customer needs, and build a portfolio of dedicated solutions and products.
Identify at early-stage Market trends, finding new growth opportunities and forming strategic partnerships.
Identify & propose new products for R&D assessment and feasibility.
Monitor competitors’ activities and strategies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prescription, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Regular reporting of segment KPIs.
Participate and represent in technical fora and events Interbeton as the Leading solution provider and sustainability partner.
Review and propose sustainability initiatives in each targeted project.
Identify and communicate specific actions required to implement the departmental strategy and business plan within your business area.
Lead initiatives with diverse teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills with a keen understanding of market trends and data interpretation.
Experience in a related industry, relevant to the cement industry.
Initiative-taking attitude toward problem-solving
Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written)
Excellent command of MS Office
