We’re looking for a creative, organized, and spiritually inclined Social Media Manager to lead this journey.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and growing a multi-channel social media presence across:

• 3+ Instagram Accounts
• 2+ Facebook Pages
• 4+ YouTube Channels
• 1 Twitter/X Account
• 1 Patreon Page
• Other Ad-Hoc Platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp Broadcasts, etc.)

Core Duties:

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, reels, shorts, stories, live sessions) tailored to each platform
• Develop platform-specific growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions
• Align messaging with astrological events, moon cycles, transits, and relevant spiritual themes
• Collaborate with product, consultation, and content teams for promotions, launches, and campaigns
• Engage with community comments, messages, and DMs in a timely and empathetic manner
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality visuals and reels
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports using analytics tools
• Assist in live session promotions, feedback collection, and community management across platforms
• Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for captions, video scripts, thumbnails, and stories
• Upload and manage YouTube content including SEO-optimized titles, tags, and thumbnails
• Maintain and update Patreon offerings, announcements, and exclusive content consistently

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms (especially Instagram, YouTube, and Patreon)
• Strong interest or background in astrology, spirituality, or holistic wellness
• Excellent content writing and copywriting skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Google Analytics
• Ability to handle high-volume content calendars and cross-functional communication
• Comfortable working with content creators, astrologers, and spiritual coaches
• Strong storytelling ability and sensitivity to audience tone, especially for wellness-focused communities

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of planetary movements, lunar cycles, and spiritual observances
• Familiarity with short-form video content creation and editing
• Creative thinking with awareness of trending formats and platform updates
• Experience with Telegram communities, WhatsApp broadcasts, and paid campaigns is a plus
