Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business objectives. The Social Media Manager will oversee all aspects of social media channels, content creation, community management, and analytics.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
  2. Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  3. Create compelling and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  4. Creating interesting reels and posting trip stories in a fun and interactive manner
  5. Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
  6. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns, track audience growth, and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  9. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and platform updates to continually optimize social media strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Basic experience in travel marketing or related industry.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and digital marketing techniques.
  • Have basic knowledge about the travel destinations.
