Job Overview

We are seeking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead organic and paid social media efforts for our growing portfolio of beauty, skincare, and wellness brands. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or a similar industry, with a strong understanding of content creation, community building, and driving brand engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a content calendar for TikTok, Instagram, and additional platforms.
• Develop and launch social media campaigns aligned with brand goals and product launches.
• Strategically grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness through compelling content and collaborations.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in the beauty/skincare niche.
• Oversee and manage UGC (User-Generated Content) initiatives and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor, track, and report on social media performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
• Work closely with internal creative and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-4 years of social media management experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industries.
• Strong knowledge and proven success growing brand presence on TikTok and Instagram (organic and paid strategies).
• Excellent campaign development and content creation skills.
• Ability to create and oversee creative campaigns that drive meaningful engagement and brand loyalty.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Must be available for in-office or hybrid work (Los Angeles).
