Summary

Ettika is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive social media strategies to increase our brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across various social media channels.


This role will be based full-time out of our HQ in Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)


Responsibilities:


• Develop, implement, and manage Ettika's social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s vision and goals

• Create, edit, and post engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that drives engagement and conversion

• Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Youtube

• Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts on a ll relevant social media platforms. 

• Engage with our followers by responding to comments and messages across our social media platforms.  

•Analyze social media data and provide regular reports to track the success of social media campaigns to make data-driven decisions, drive growth across all social channels: pull, analyze and report on campaign results

• Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay up-to-date on the latest social media developments, industry improvements, best practices, new trends, and research

• Lead community engagement on all social channels

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure our social media strategy is integrated with other marketing efforts

• Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and partner brands to increase brand exposure


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

• 3-5 years of previous experience working with social media

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

• Proven experience growing social followings and engagement

• Past experience in women's fashion, beauty, and/or accessories space

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

• Proficient in using social media management tools such as, Sprout Social

• Previous experience working with Shopify and have an understanding of the in-app buying experience

•Intermediate photo and video editing skills

• Ability to analyze social media data and use it to make data-driven decisions

• Strong project management and multitasking skills

• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box

• Positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and a willingness to learn

• Ability to work on weekends as needed (social media never sleeps!)
