Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in India. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, supervising construction work, and maintaining project schedules. The Site Supervisor will also be tasked with quality control, reporting progress to the project manager, and resolving any on-site issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Construction Management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Relevant certifications or licenses in construction or site supervision are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role
