Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Fitout Retail Site Supervisor at Madix Concepts Company in New Delhi. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail site fitouts, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail site fitouts and construction
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
• Relevant certifications or training in construction management
• Experience working with retail clients is a plus
• experience of working with drawings for different brands. Partition, paneling, tiling, ceiling , finishes, electrical, MEP, smoke detector line, lighting, sprinkler line work.
