Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Design Projects

Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

We are a leading Interior Design Firm seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage the execution of interior design projects on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising contractors, ensuring design compliance, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects within time and budget constraints.

• Visit project sites to evaluate space, assess progress, and supervise day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with interior designers to understand the design intent and ensure its execution on-site.
• Attend client meetings with the project team to understand specific requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and manage on-site workforce including carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians, and other specialists.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, design specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage procurement and delivery of raw materials, tools, and supplies as required for the project.
• Monitor and report on project progress, timelines, and any issues or delays.
• Resolve on-site operational challenges and communicate effectively with the design and management teams.
• Maintain clear documentation of daily site activities and updates for internal records and client reports.
• Ensure that the project is completed within the allocated budget and timeline.

• 3+ years of experience in construction, interior project execution, or site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical plans.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of interior materials, vendors, and market pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple teams and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Working knowledge of health and safety practices on-site.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
