Job Title: Site Supervisor – Commercial Interior Projects

Experience Required: 3–7 years in interior fit-out/site supervision (commercial projects preferred)

Reporting To: Project Manager / Operations Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the on-site execution of commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion of work, coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain quality and safety standards, and act as the key point of contact on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day activities at commercial interior project sites.

• Monitor and control site operations to ensure design specifications, schedules, and safety standards are met.

• Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage site manpower and delegate responsibilities to subcontractors and labor teams.

• Conduct regular site inspections and take measurements as required for execution and billing.

• Check and verify material deliveries as per approved specifications, brand/make, and quantity.

• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved without compromising on quality.

• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays swiftly and effectively.

• Liaise with the building’s maintenance and management teams for site access, permissions, and coordination.

• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including daily progress reports, snag lists, and quality checklists.

• Collaborate with the purchase/procurement team for timely sourcing and delivery of materials.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising commercial interior fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, site reporting, and basic project management tools.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
