We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Simphony POS / Oracle Hospitality Consultant to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Simphony POS solutions, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations.

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects with leading hotels, resorts, and F&B brands across India and abroad.

Responsibilities

·      Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Hospitality Simphony POS systems

·      Customize and configure menus, user interfaces, and workflows to client specifications

·      Provide technical support and training to end users and client IT teams

·      Troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex bugs when necessary

·      Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless project delivery

·      Document solutions, configurations, and standard operating procedures

·      Stay up-to-date with Oracle product updates and new releases

Qualifications

·      Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Simphony POS (v2.x or higher)

·      Solid understanding of hospitality operations, especially food & beverage

·      Knowledge of Oracle SQL and database configurations

·      Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines

·      Excellent communication and customer service skills

·      Willingness to travel for on-site implementations (as needed)
