Position: Performance Marketing

Location: On-site – Paschim Vihar, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Focus on lead generation and conversion optimization
• Conduct keyword research, run A/B tests, and iterate on ad creatives
• Monitor performance metrics: CTR, conversion rates, CPA
• Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies in alignment with business goals
• Generate, analyze, and present campaign performance reports

Requirement

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google & Meta Ads
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
• Proficiency in performance marketing tools and strong analytical skills
