Responsibilities:
• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and perform calibration for generators or batteries.
• Provide technical support to customers, ensuring that all service-related tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure timely service interventions to minimize downtime.
• Install, test, and commission new systems as required, including DG sets, generators, and backup power solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used and any additional issues identified.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations while working on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and track parts inventory to ensure the availability of essential components.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and diagnostic troubleshooting on DG sets, generators, and battery banks to ensure optimal performance
What makes you a great addition to the team:
• Candidate must have 4-5 Year of experience in Field Service of DG & Battery Sector.
• Also, we can prefer fresher (Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineer)
• Conduct training sessions for customers, explaining the operation and maintenance of their generators, DG sets, and battery systems.
• Work collaboratively with other technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance service offerings.
• Travel to various client sites, as required, to provide on-site service and support.
