Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and technically proficient Service Engineers to join our team across multiple locations in India like - Pune, Gurugram, Mumbai, Surat, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Bhubaneswar and Kadapa.

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing after-sales support, including installation, training, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of our advanced instrumentation systems, particularly EDXRF instruments. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal performance of our products during and post-warranty periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission EDXRF instruments and related equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support during warranty and post-warranty periods.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer feedback and improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols during all service activities.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in servicing EDXRF instruments or similar analytical equipment preferred. Freshers with good aptitude for servicing are also welcome.
• Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage service schedules efficiently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region for on-site support.
