Position - Service Engineer - Color Sorter

Location - Chakan, Pune

Experience - 1 to 3 year

Education - Diploma or Degree in E&TC or Electrical or Mechanical

Company has expertise in manufacturing machinery of rice and dal milling with cutting-edge technology in grain and spice processing.

Key Responsibilities:

 Install and commission new machines at customer locations.

 Train operators and service teams on machine operation and maintenance.

 Provide technical support and resolve on-site malfunctions.

 Conduct safety inspections and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.

 Prepare service reports, pre-installation checklists, and installation documents.

 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.  Trouble shooting / Services of any Electronic equipment

 Ensure adherence to safety standards and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

 Travel as required to customer sites.

Skills Required:

 Strong mechanical or electrical skills; knowledge of basic electronics for color sorter systems.

 Clear communication and ability to engage with clients and teams effectively.

 Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

 Proficient in using computers for reporting and technical documentation.
