Things to carry for interview:

1 copy of an updated resume, Government ID proof with a xerox copy (Mandatory) , 1 passport size photo, TCS Application form.


Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT with post-qualification.

• Only Full Time courses would be considered.


Job Description:

Respond to L1 / L2 Troubleshooting issues over phone, with a drive to achieve First Call Resolution.

  • Excellent spoken English and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Customer interaction skills
  • Focus and commitment to resolve end user issues.
  • Windows 10 knowledge and typical End User configuration tools, such as AD, MIM
  • Experience in network and systems monitoring.
  • ServiceNow or other ITIL call management system experience
  • Good working knowledge of ITIL
